This form is provided before the distance sales agreement is concluded, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Turkish version prevails.

3. Main characteristics of the service

Heppio 3D Studio is a digital service, used in a web browser, that turns images, text and photos into files printable on 3D printers (SVG, 3MF, STL). For its term, the purchased plan gives the account the following usage rights:

The service needs an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection; no extra software or hardware is required. The files open in common slicers (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer, Cura, etc.). Print results depend on the printer, filament and slicer settings used.

4. Price, payment and performance

• All taxes are included; there are no costs other than the payment (no shipping or delivery).
• Card details never reach the seller; payment is taken on the licensed payment institution's secure page.
• The plan is activated on the account immediately after payment is confirmed, and its term starts then. Buying the same plan again before it ends extends the term. When the term ends the account returns to the free plan; the account and designs are not deleted.
• The invoice (e-archive) is sent to the buyer's email and is available in the account.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "services performed instantly in electronic form" or "intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer". As the purchased plan starts being performed at the moment of payment with the buyer's express consent, there is no right of withdrawal. The buyer confirms this separately at checkout.

If the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the seller, the amount paid, or the part for the unused period, is refunded to the payment method used within 14 days of the request.

6. Complaints

Requests and complaints can be sent to mail@solarisavm.com or +90 352 222 38 64. In a dispute, the buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above those limits. Consumers outside Türkiye keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
