Cancellation, Refunds and Delivery

Heppio 3D Studio sells fixed-term digital usage plans (Standard, Pro), not physical products. This page summarises the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement shown before purchase; the binding terms are in those documents.

Delivery

• There is no shipping or physical delivery. The plan is activated on your account immediately after payment is confirmed; that is the moment of delivery.
• The plan's term (30 days) starts when it is activated. Buying the same plan again before it ends extends the term.
• If the plan is not activated (payment taken but not shown on your account), write to us with your order number; we will activate it or refund the payment within 1 business day.
• Files you create (SVG, 3MF, STL) are delivered instantly by download and stay yours after the plan ends.

Cancellation and renewal

• Plans are paid once and do not renew automatically; your card is not charged again. No subscription cancellation is needed.
• When the term ends your account returns to the free plan; your account and designs are not deleted.
• You can delete your account at any time on the Account page; no refund is given for the remaining term (except as below).

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. As the plan starts at the moment of payment with your express consent at checkout, purchased plans carry no right of withdrawal.

Refunds

• If the service cannot be provided for more than 7 consecutive days for reasons attributable to us, or we discontinue it, the amount for the unused period is refunded.
• Duplicate payments for the same order, or a payment taken without the plan being activated, are refunded.
• No refund is given for accounts closed for a serious breach of the Terms of Use.
• To request a refund, email mail@solarisavm.com with your order number. Approved refunds are made to the card used within 14 days; when the money appears depends on your bank.

Complaints

Disputes can be taken to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees within the limits announced yearly by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts above them. Consumers outside Türkiye keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
