Distance Sales Agreement

Article 2 — Subject
This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the provision of the digital service below, purchased by the Buyer electronically on https://3d.heppio.com.

The scope of the service is as stated in the Preliminary Information Form, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
Article 4 — Performance
The plan is activated on the Buyer's account immediately after payment is confirmed and can be used for the stated term. The plan does not renew automatically; when the term ends the account returns to the free plan. Buying the same plan again before it ends extends the term.
Article 5 — Payment
The price is paid in advance by debit or credit card on the licensed payment institution's secure payment page. Card details never reach the Seller. If payment is not confirmed for any reason, the agreement is deemed not concluded.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has expressly agreed that performance starts at the moment of payment. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; the Buyer accepts this agreement knowing there is no right of withdrawal.
Article 7 — Obligations
- The Seller provides the service with reasonable care and technical security measures. Short interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance or unexpected faults; Article 8 applies to long interruptions.
- The Buyer uses the service in line with the Terms of Use at https://3d.heppio.com/en/terms, keeps their account details safe and is responsible for having the rights to the content they upload.
- The plan is personal; the account may not be shared and plan rights may not be transferred.
- Files the Buyer creates belong to the Buyer, who may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
Article 8 — Service not provided and refunds
If the service cannot be provided for more than 7 consecutive days for reasons attributable to the Seller, or the Seller discontinues the service, the part of the price for the unused period is refunded to the payment method used within 14 days of the request. No refund is made if the account is closed for a serious breach of the Terms of Use.
Article 9 — Invoice
An e-archive invoice is issued for the sale and sent to the Buyer's email; it is also available in the account. The invoice uses the details the Buyer gives at checkout.
Article 10 — Personal data
The Buyer's personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Notice at https://3d.heppio.com/en/privacy for concluding and performing the agreement, invoicing and statutory record-keeping.
Article 11 — Disputes
Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and by the Consumer Courts above those limits. Consumers outside Türkiye keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
Article 12 — Entry into force
This agreement is concluded when the Buyer gives electronic consent at checkout and the payment is confirmed. The accepted text is stored with the order; the Buyer can download it at any time from the order history in their account. Agreement version: 2026-09-26.
